Logitech MX Master 4 Retails for RM 569; Really Impressive Improvements on Paper

If there’s one mouse we know and love for its productivity capabilities, it’s the Logitech MX Master 4, and the new one has improved a lot in material and hardware. In fact, it’s arriving in Malaysia very soon.

The Logitech MX Master 4 retains the same shape which we all know and love, but improves a lot in the finish and hardware aspect of it. The quick access pad under the thumb resting area is now replaced with a new Haptic Sense Panel, which allows you to have Action Ring Shortcuts, saving up to 33% of your time – something I’d love to try out soon. At the time of writing, Logitech confirms it works with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Zoom and soon with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Secondly, the scroll wheel has always been a highlight for them, so you get the MagSpeed scroll wheel again here, which allows you to switch between Ratchet Mode and hyper-fast mode to scroll through 1000 lines per second effortlessly. If you know Darkfield technology from their older MX mouse, you’ll find it here as well, on top of the improved features such as an 8000 DPI sensor and the ability to use on white and glass surfaces with no issues.

The MX Master 4 uses a new, improved antenna and radio chip for better connectivity, as it uses the Bolt protocol. But Bluetooth connectivity is still available for those who want to pair the one mouse to multiple devices. Apart from that, the material sourced to make the new Master 4 is definitely miles better as it now uses polycarbonate shells, less rubber, more aluminium and even a new high-tech battery under the hood.

In Malaysia, the Logitech MX Master 4 will be retailing for RM 569 in two colours: Graphite and Pale Grey. The pricing is expected for this level of calibre in a mouse, after all, time and time again, the MX Master lineup has proven to be pretty amazing at what it does and touts the best productivity mouse title for a good reason.
