Acer has been dropping some pretty good laptops, and during CES 2026, this time around, there aren’t many new laptops. However, they have refreshed the lineup with new Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and AMD Ryzen 400 Series processors.
CES 2026 Acer

Starting off with the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor-powered laptops, there are a good few models in their lineup that will see this new processor: Acer Swift Edge 14/16 AI, Acer Aspire 14/16 AI, Acer Nitro V 16 AI and the Acer Nitro V 16S AI. There are two laptop series in particular that feature the all-new Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor, which is the Swift 16 AI and Swift Go – and these are the laptops we are excited to see in person.

AMD-powered laptops from Acer are a rarity, and this year we do see some options for users who want to opt for Team Red – like you can get the Acer Swift Go 16 AI, Aspire 14/16 and Nitro V 16 in those processors. Though the availability might vary across regions, and whether Malaysia will see these laptops.

For the most part, the laptop has the same design cues as last year’s models, which shouldn’t surprise a lot of users, and it is still relatively new to begin with. What might change is the cooling system under the hood, which we are not too certain about whether it’s the same or different. But it’s best to wait and see later this year when they announce the local availability in Malaysia.
