With CES 2026 kicking off this week, we have a lot of announcements and news to share with you – which you can follow here – but now, we are going to check out the new Dell XPS 14 and XPS 16 unveiled at Las Vegas. And yes, the XPS is back for 2026 with some interesting changes and improvements worth noting.

CES 2026 Dell XPS 14 and Dell XPS 16

The Dell XPS Series, unveiled at CES 2026, comes in a 14” and 16” model; there’s a 13” variant, which is said to be thinner and such but will only see the spotlight later this year. That said, the Dell XPS has not strayed away from its minimalist design, which we love from its previous generation. This time, the Dell logo on the lid has been replaced with the XPS logo, which is a smart move to give that premium-esque feel.

Both the laptop, regardless of the display dimensions, measures at just 14.6mm thickness, and the 14 weighs at 3.0lbs (1.36kg), whereas the 16 weighs at 3.6lbs (1.63kg). It still features a CNC aluminium finish and has Gorilla Glass covering its display. In fact, this is the first-ever XPS laptop to tout modular USB-C Ports, which means repairing the ports is going to be extremely easy, which falls in line with their hopes for a sustainable tech product. On top of that, we see recycled materials being used in this laptop that’s in compliance with EPEAT 2.0.

Under the hood, the Dell XPS 14 and XPS 16 both feature Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor with Intel Arc Graphics featuring 12 Xe cores for a better experience overall. The newly designed fans in these laptop is supposed to keep the laptop super cool, but it’s something we can only confirm when we get our hands on the laptop. The display on this laptop can be configured to Tandem OLED or 2K LCD 120Hz, depending on your personal needs – do take note that the battery life will vary depending on the display.

Both the Dell XPS 14 and Dell XPS 16 are coming to Malaysia at the end of January 2026. No information on the pricing, but if we have to guess, then it might start from RM 8000 onwards.
