With ASUS Malaysia, their laptops in general goes through rigorous durability tests, none of that pulling the airplane sort of gimmicks, but more of dealing with your everyday accidents such as drops, temperatures, vibrations, water spills and that sort of things. To give a number, these laptops offer unmatched durability and reliability with up to 34 Durability tests.

But sometimes, accidents happen and in those moments you cant help it but to feel defeated. That’s where ASUS Malaysia is stepping in to offer complete protection with their new 2-years international warranty and with local Accidental Damage Protection. Now, these warranty is applicable for devices from ASUS and ROG launched after 28th July. With this new warranty, you can now get coverages from unexpected repair costs from drops, spills, surges and so much more.

That’s not all. You don’t have to travel all the way to the service center to send your laptop. In fact, ASUS Malaysia is extending their support by teaming up with Pos Malaysia, which gives consumers access to over 1000 service points nationwide. So, now, you can send your laptops for service through Pos Malaysia or through Service Center and in fact, ASUS is offering a dedicated pick up and return if you’d like to do it from the comforts of your home. But for those who prefer walk-in services, it’s still available.

Finally, with the new ProCare Benefits, which is available on laptop launched after 28th of July, will give consumers the option to get their laptop get the TLC it deserves. This is applicable to new ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S and ROG laptops. The ProCare offers Unlimited 360 Cleaning and Maintenance which includes the following:
