Following the launch of the Venu last week, Garmin had recently announced that the Vivoactive 4 is also now available in Malaysia. Without a doubt, the latest of the series comes with upgrades not found in previous models and is available in 40mm and 45mm variants.

Unlike the Venu which is equipped with an AMOLED display, the Vivoactive comes with a 260 x 260 memory-in-pixel display with an always-on ability. On the other hand, the watch has a battery life similar to the Venu, where it could run for 5 days in smartwatch mode and up to 6 hours in GPS and music mode.

Other similarities between the two include several first-party features such as animated workouts, various health, fitness and sleep tracking modes, Garmin Coach, and the cool Body Battery app. The Vivoactive 4 also allows you to download your songs or playlists from third-party services such as Spotify, as well as featuring smart notifications for incoming calls, text messages, social media updates, and more.

The device’s watch face can be personalised by downloading more themes and widgets from the Garmin Connect IQTM store, and you could also upload your own photos into the watch to be used as a wallpaper.

Both variants of the Garmin Vivoactive 4 is available for sale now at all Garmin authorised retailers in Malaysia and are priced at RM1750.
