The Magic The Gathering Welcome Party at Paradigm Mall (Petaling Jaya to be specific, don’t want anyone to end up in Johor by mistake) is happening on the 1st and 2nd of July 2023 where you get to witness what the new set brings to the table. Given that the entire Lord of The Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth is a lore-rich story and for those JRR Tolkien fans, this is one to savour because the cards, mechanic and the game is very true to the lore.
That said, at this event, you get to learn how to play MTG through free mini-games and embark on a journey by playing any of the commander sets or even the Starter Sets (Which requires purchasing and you can do it at the event itself.). On top of that, you can bring a friend to join the fellowship and get rewarded with exclusive merchandise.

- [Free Taster Session] Learn to Play Magic: The Gathering with a Starter Kit, with decks from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth set. (If you want to purchase the Starter Kits, it is available for purchase on-site)
- Commander Games: Using the Pre-Constructed Commander Decks, players can choose from four different decks to battle it out in a multiplayer setting. (However, you will have to purchase the Commander Deck to participate in this).
