After that hands-on of ours which we did during the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE launch that happened locally not too long ago, Samsung Malaysia has been kind enough to send the Fan Edition to do our review and so on but before we jump into that, we are going to give the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Impressions first with the one we have at hand.

Pretty in White

There aren’t many white colored phones to begin with and the last time we had one that was white, was the ROG Phone 5 which is one of my personal favorites with the blue accents going on. But that was the only white colored phone I ever reviewed last year. This year, we have the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE in white.

Samsung really does a fantastic job in making phones look good for years now and it has that sexy appeal to it really. That said, the S21 FE looks great with the matte textured plastic back that has a similar design language as the S21 which we are no strangers of. The alloy rails on the side are silver toned, with white antenna bands which are tastefully done.

If you remember the S20 FE, Samsung made every color special and incorporated it very well with the metal rails. It’s a fashionable smartphone.

Specification

Starting off with the display, the phone houses a 6.4” FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with 120Hz Refresh rate. For the processor, it opts in for the Exynos processor and comes paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB, respectively. On the back, it has a triple camera setup – following the same S21 layout – with a 12MP Ultra-Wide, 12MP Wide Angle and 8MP Telephoto.

Oh, and a 32MP Front facing camera. The phone comes with a 4500mAh battery and the capacity to charge at a speed of 25W Wired and 15W Wirelessly and comes supported with Wireless PowerShare. It also features IP68 protection, so dipping and dunking into water is possible.

We don’t have much to say…

Because we have already given our initial impressions in our hands-on article, which we’d say is a good read. So, right now we are going to focus on working on the review, which will be out very soon. So, I’d say stay tuned to us and we will keep you posted. 😊
