Joining the Galaxy AI ecosystem, Samsung unveils the Galaxy S24 FE smartphone that will sport all the newest AI features to enhance user experience. So, let us introduce you to the new member of the Samsung family.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE
Under the hood, the Galaxy S24 FE is running the Exynos 2400e (4mm) chip that is compatible with Ray-Tracing features, supported by 8GB RAM. With a 1.1x larger vapour chamber, the Galaxy S24 FE aims to keep temperatures low, especially whilst gaming. The bigger 4,700 mAh battery will allow for longer usage time.
With a 6.7-inch adaptive Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, the Galaxy S24 FE will have crisp visuals with that 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S24 FE also comes with a Vision Booster to optimise colour and contrast for clear and comfortable visuals even under sunlight. Featuring a premium camera setup, the Galaxy S24 FE has a 50MP wide lens and 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom that is supported by OIS. On top of that, the Galaxy S24 FE also has a 12 MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP selfie camera.
The camera comes equipped with Samsung’s dynamic ProVisual Engine, which is an AI-driven camera engine that will leverage advanced AI algorithms to deliver breathtaking detail and subtle textures in images. The camera also supports HDR to ensure vibrant photos, and Nitography with AI image signal processing (ISP) to improve low light performance.
Joining the Galaxy AI ecosystem, the Galaxy S24 FE sports the Circle to Search with Google for instant search results with just 2 steps; a long press of the home button and a circle. The Galaxy S24 FE comes with Interpreter will instantly translate in-person conversations and Live Translate will translate phone calls with an extension of selected third-party apps.
Security wise, the Galaxy S24 FE is fortified with the Samsung Knox’s multi-layer security platform to safeguard all your critical information, and protects against vulnerabilities with end-to-end secure hardware. Following the S24 series tradition, the Galaxy S24 FE is made with recyclable materials internally and externally. On top of that, the Galaxy S24 FE will feature 7 generations of OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates. To top it off, the Galaxy S24 FE comes with an IP68 water resistance rating.
Pricing and Availability
The Galaxy S24 FE will be available starting 11:00 p.m. on the 26th of September 2024. The 256GB version is priced at RM3,299, and the 512GB version is priced at RM3,899. Both versions of the Galaxy S24 FE come in four colours; blue, graphite, gray and mint.
